Our Provider clients and ChartRequest staff work as quickly as possible to provide you with the requested records as soon as possible.
We aim to fulfill all requests within seven to ten business days, but some requests require access to paper records or records that have been archived and can take more time to research and securely release to you.
To check the status of your request, please log into the platform to check on your request’s status.
If you would like to directly communicate with the Provider Organization or ChartRequest Staff, please login into the ChartRequest Platform and select the request you are inquiring about. On the bottom right hand of the screen you will see the "Provider Chat" where you can communicate with us securely and directly.
You will get an email notifying you when the records are available with a link to access the records!
