How do I access my account if my password is not working?

To reset your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the ChartRequest Sign In Page.


You will receive an email with your new password. Once you have logged in, select the "My Account" tab at the top of the page, then click "Edit". Enter the password that was just emailed to you in the "Original password" field, and what you would like it to be in the "New Password" & "New password confirmation" fields.


Please double-check your Spam folder and ensure you are using the same email address you signed up with!
